CAMERON FITNESS GETS PERSONAL

Cameron fitness is committed to guide you as you work to better your health and fitness levels. Our prime focus is to improve and or develop your core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular system, and muscle tone. We also understand the importance of proper nutrition and the roll it plays in any wellness program. So with each 'Results Package' you will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one guidance regarding nutrition, food choices and menu planning.  This added nutritional guidance is essential in order to reach and maintain the goals you’ve set. Your success is our passion; we look forward to working with you.

~ WHAT TO EXPECT ~

Each 60-75 minutes long session will be held in our own personal gym where safety, comfort, privacy, and cleanliness are the priority. Each workout will be exclusively tailored to you and your unique fitness goals. Sessions will include, however are not necessarily limited to:
~ Warm up
~ Goal specific conditioning
~ Core strengthening
~Stretching
~Lifestyle coaching
~Homework (upon request)

~ RATES FOR HOME BASED GYM ~

1 session ~ $55 per session

~ RESULTS PACKAGES ~

6 Week package ~ 3 sessions per week~ $45 per session ($135 per week)
12 Week package ~ 3 sessions per week~ $40 per session ($120 per week)
(nutritional guidance included with this package)
