| Yes, your first class is Free. We want you to be sure that Cameron Fitness is the right fit for you and your goals. |

| It's not necessary to reserve your spot, however it will be helpful to your CF Coach if you let them know ahead of time when you'll be attending your first class. |

| All you'll need for class is a beach towel, drinking water and exercise shoes. |

| No! Getting you into shape is what Cameron Fitness is all about. We will work with you and your individual fitness level to get you into the best shape of your life. |

| Whether your brand new to exercise or a seasoned fitness Guru, a Cameron Fitness Beach Bootcamp will work you hard! As mentioned above, we take into account that everyone is at their own unique level and we will work with each participant accordingly. |

| The “Drop-in” fee is $15 per session, however if you are planning on attending regularly, membership is the way to go. Your membership cost is only $10 per session. Each membership is a 6 week package of classes designed by you. Talk with your Cameron Fitness Coach if you need help with your package design. |

| Becoming a member is easy! Just show up to the Cameron Fitness Beach Bootcamp of your choice with your cash or check payment, receive your Membership punch card and you're on your way to fitness success! |

| Of course we can! We know how busy life can be. That's why we offer a variety of days and times for you to choose from when designing your Beach Bootcamp Membership. |

| When it comes to any health and fitness program, CONSISTENCY is key. Participants who attend at least three times per week on a consistent basis reach their desired results fastest, however if your schedule only allows for once or twice a week, you'll still benefit from our program. Participants of all commitment levels report an increase of energy, loss of depression, new found strength and an overall sense of well being. |

| Be sure to use up all your purchased sessions within your 6 week membership. As mentioned above, we have plenty of classes to choose from for your convenience. |

| Your Beach Bootcamp Hour will fly by! Included in each session is a warm up, beginning stretch, multi-muscle strength conditioning drills, plyometrics, core strengthening, cool down and final stretch. Each and every session is unique and never duplicated, so your Cameron Fitness workout will NEVER be “the same old thing”. With the Beach as our Gym, and the group atmosphere we have fun as we sweat our way to our strongest and healthiest versions of ourselves! |

| Yes we will. Included in your membership package will be a nutritional plan. You'll also receive one on one nutritional coaching throughout your 6 weeks. All members receive a free T-shirt and before and after measurements and pictures. |
